I provide emotional, physical, and informational support to help you feel empowered and confident throughout your pregnancy, labor, and delivery.
My Services
Prenatal Support
I offer two prenatal visits (or more if requested) where we will get to know each other and go over your birth plan. I also provide comprehensive emotional and informational guidance throughout your pregnancy, helping you build confidence and prepare for the birth of your baby without judgment of any decision you make. You can ask me questions at any time, and I will be on call from week 37-42 of your pregnancy, meaning that I will be able to arrive to the birth during the day, night, or even on a holiday.
During
Labor & Delivery
At any point during labor, I will arrive within two hours upon your request. I provide continuous physical and emotional support, and a plethora of comfort measures ensuring you feel empowered, as comfortable as possible, and in control of your birthing experience. I will also be able to help your birth partner to be more involved and comfortable.
Postpartum Care
I provide one prenatal appointment (or more if requested) where we will go over the birth, see how you are doing, help in establishing breastfeeding if desired, newborn care, and support in postpartum planning and care, and offering resources if desired.
Disclamer - I am NOT a
lactation consultant yet, but I am trained in breastfeeding basics.
